A moment of realization struck me when I observed that many foreign domestic workers may lack the necessary financial knowledge, leading them into loanshark schemes. These hardworking individuals face numerous challenges, notably financial difficulties stemming from their meager wages and limited financial literacy. This issue resonates deeply with me as I too have moved from one country to another. Despite differing circumstances, I empathize with the feeling of being far from loved ones. This is why I was inspired to create these financial literacy classes, and thankfully, they yielded positive results with a remarkable turnout, successful completion of activities, and a noticeable improvement in their understanding of financial management.
